Please note that we do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds. We kindly urge all our customers to carefully review the product listings and product sizes before placing an order to prevent any order discrepancies.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
Customers may request for order cancellation only within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that this request may also not guarantee an approval as our fulfillment center processes orders as fast as they can. We will verify first with our fulfillment team if the product has been shipped, if not then we will cancel the order.

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUND REQUESTS?
We cannot accept refund requests once we shipped the order. We will always inform our customers of any potential shipping delays.
We will only accept a refund request if the product you received is totally different from your order, different size, or different color. We can also reship the correct product for FREE.

However, please note that we are strict with the following conditions:

• The item is from our store
• The item is not used in anyway
• Request MUST be sent within 5 days from the receipt of package.

For damaged products or products that are different from your order, please email our support team at animalallureco@gmail.com and include the following details in your email:

• Reason for refund
• Picture/Video of the product you received
• Order Number

Once we receive your email we will get back to you within 24 hours and if we have verified your request, we will ship the correct product for free. We will not be able to issue a full refund.

We don't provide Refunds in case the order is shown to be delivered by the tracking number but customer didn't receive it. As it relates to possibilities of package theft that we are not responsible of.

Standard International Shipping: 7-12 business days with 1-4 processing days
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. During peak holiday shopping periods, please allow for up to 6 business days.
For US residents, the orders are shipped by the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-12 days to arrive at their destination.  However, this can occasionally take longer due to customs and other regulatory checks.
In rare cases, it can take up to 35 days for items to arrive. If your order takes longer than 25 business days to arrive, you can contact us and we will do our best to take the necessary steps to take care of the issue. Please note that a refund will not be issued due to shipping delays beyond our control.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at contact us .if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

WHAT IS ITEM PROCESSING TIME?

This can involve detailed in-house checks: material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design, and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. The average processing time is approximately 4 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take between 5-10 business days to process and dispatch.
